Forque Kitchen and Cafe opened to give Guntur somewhere to slow down. This is how it came together.
Built for lingering
Guntur runs on chilli and speed. We wanted the opposite: warm light, a room that does not hurry you, and food cooked properly rather than quickly.
The kitchen wanders happily between continents. Aglio e olio next to rice bowls, sliders next to grilled fish. Familiar comforts, made with care.

What comes out of the kitchen
Soups and small plates to begin. Wok appetisers with real heat. Pasta, pizza, grills and rice bowls for the middle of the day. Coffee, mocktails and desserts for the end of it.
